LIVE INDEPENDENTLY IN HIS OWN HOME AND COMMUNITY.
WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING SUPPORT WORKERS TO JOIN THIS DYNAMIC TEAM.
THE ROLE OF THE SUPPORT WORKER WILL ENTAIL:
* Being part of the transition team to facilitate this exciting
opportunity
* Providing direct support to this young man in the community and
his own home
* Providing overnight assistance in his own home
* Attend weekly clinical meetings and provide feedback to the lead
clinical psychologist
* Attend training in our in-house specialized Low Arousal Approach.
This will equip you with the tools to create systems of support around
individuals to manage stress and trauma.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
* Be comfortable with lone working
* Have a full clean driving license
* Have a minimum QQI level 5 healthcare or equivalent
* Have a sense of fun
